Clear Directions

Clear Directions is a collaborative program developed by Breakaway, The George Hull Centre for Children and Families, and The Toronto District School Board.

The program serves a maximum of 10 youth from the ages of 14 to 18 who live within the Greater Toronto Area, and who are, experiencing both mental health and substance use problems. The program is designed to address issues that prevent achievement and to provide a secure educational environment in which to achieve.

A multidisciplinary team provides ongoing clinical services including individual, family and group interventions. We are available to consult with referring agencies on a case by case basis or to offer a full assessment on the needs of a particular adolescent and his or her family.

The Clear Directions self-contained section 19 class provides an environment where students can develop their basic skills and to recognize their areas of strength.

Referrals can be made through intake at
416-234-1942 extension 225.
